1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

• It was delivered damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• It does not match the description provided on the website

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

• Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Software licenses, digital downloads, or customized products

• Items damaged after delivery or due to misuse

• Services once rendered (e.g., installations, consultations, or training)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable)

3. Await approval and further instructions from our customer service team

Once approved, return the product to the address provided. Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Inspection and Refunds

• Once we receive your item, it will be inspected.

• If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
